Eligibility

Who can submit reels

Open to students of all degree programs.

Individual entry only (no teams).

Open to students of all degree programs.

One participant may submit up to 2 reels.

Each reel must be original content made for Pharmacology Arts Extravaganza 2026.

Reel format and posting requirements

Entries must comply with both content and Instagram delivery constraints.

Technical specs

- Format: Instagram Reel (vertical short-form).

- Aspect ratio: 9:16.

- Duration: maximum 59 seconds.

- Recommended quality: 1080 x 1920.

- No music restriction and no copyright restriction for this competition.

- Language can be Urdu, English, or bilingual.

Instagram compliance

- Reel must be posted from a public Instagram account.

- Caption must include hashtag #PharmaExtravaganzaKEMU.

- Participant must tag the official Pharmacology Arts Extravaganza Instagram account.

- Entry is only valid if reel remains public until result declaration.

Submission Flow

How your reel is counted

Posting alone is not enough; URL submission is mandatory for tracking.

- Post the reel publicly on Instagram before deadline.

- Submit reel URL and participant details via official Reel Competition form (link released in official update).

- Deadline for posting and URL submission: April 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM PKT.

- Late URLs or edited private posts after deadline are not counted.

Balanced scoring across concept quality, storytelling, and reel impact.

Pharmacology concept clarity

Core concept should be understandable and scientifically sensible.

Creativity and storytelling

Fresh concept, strong narrative, and memorable execution.

Engagement power

Hook strength, pacing, and audience retention potential.

Presentation quality

Visual framing, readability, audio intelligibility, and edit quality.

Message impact

Final takeaway should be relevant, shareable, and educational.

DISQUALIFICATION TRIGGERS

- Missing required hashtag or missing tag of official event account.

- Account switched to private before verification cut-off.

- Reel duration exceeding 59 seconds.

- Offensive, discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe content.

- Plagiarized reel concept copied without meaningful originality.

- Non-pharmacology content submitted under this competition.
